Return
- In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you must notwithstanding your warranty rights, immediately lodge a complaint with Zeni Furnishing on its email: info@zenifurnishing.com.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refund
If You are eligible for a refund, the same shall be given to You as per the following guidelines:
- The refund amount for the orders paid online will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account by Zeni Furnishing.
- For the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Zeni Furnishing.
